convenient stay near tower hill
friendly assistant great attitude good service
Sharmina, the f&b assistant, was very friendly she was also professional i found her attentive and quick to help. She always had a great attitude she made breakfast enjoyable. The location is close to the metro station and the service was very good overall.
Electric sockets were available on only one side of the bed making it difficult to charge devices from both sides.

The hotel is situated near Tower Bridge but it remains a quiet spot the location is also close to Tower Hill underground station, offering quick access to various parts of the city.

My king city suite featured comfortable beds and a shower that delivered powerful water pressure the rooms were perfectly clean upon arrival. The lobby looked huge and comfortable, with a clean environment .

cold shower water poor value
the room lacked charm it overlooked a concrete building i seemed like i was in a cage also the shower water was cold it took a while to heat up furthermore we were not greeted properly upon arrival staff ignored us the value for money for a hilton is particularly poor
